Pentosan with Meloxicam

I have a patient who is has been taking Meloxicam.

Considering starting Pentosan for arthritic and sports injury pain and repair.

I recognize the possible mild antithrombotic effect.

Has any one had an issue with this combination with their patients?

Pentosan is a very weak blood thinner, and meloxicam does not affect platelet aggregation. There is no issue, and we use the 2 together all the time!
