I understand that procaine and lidocaine are not to be used with peptides. I’d like to start using BCP-157 with my prolotherapy treatments. Any suggestions? Is the peptide used sub-Q or intra-articularly?

BPC is generally not used intra-articularly but I don’t believe there are any contraindications to using it in the joint.  It’s effectiveness would be maximized using it subcutaneously or in the muscle of concern.  All of the knee protocols I have seen utilize it with SQ in addition to AOD/HA intra-articular shots.

    Hi Amy

I Like the BPC and TB4 systemically daily after the procedure and use AOD/HA intrarticulary
