Does anyone have experience using peptides to help patients wean down or off of pain meds specifically opioids?

I read that Melanotan can be helpful.
    Thank you!

Hello @leonard-pastranagmail-com and @cpaigepaigemd-com, would love to have your insights here. Thank you! 🙂

Since all chronic pain is essentially due to uncontrolled chronic inflammation, I’ve found that the following help to wean off opioid drugs:

    KPV 500 mcg po BID

KPV Lipodermal Cream BID/TID if it’s arthritic joint pain or musculoligamentous pain

    BPC-157 500 mcg po BID

LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) 4.5 mg po QHS

Prodrome GTA 3-4 capsules po BID

    Best, Mitch

    Thank you,

This pain is due to scar tissue related to trauma and peripheral nerve damage from the same and looking to find help with easing the transition down from pain meds.

    Thank you for your response.
