    Anne,

If you are early in the progressive course of Bulbar ALS, then the following may be helpful to you:

    TA1 0.25 ml SQ BID

    BPC-157 500 mcg po BID

    ProdromeNeuro 3 gelcaps BID

    ProdromeGlia 3 gelcaps BID

    Constitutional Homeopathic Medical Therapy

High dose IV Vitamin C and IV Glutathione therapy

Testing and treatment for toxic heavy metals, mycotoxins and chemical-induced immune reactions is essential.

    Anne-

I’m sorry to hear that you are being challenged in this way, but I am glad that you are here.

I’m sorry but none of my patients have had ALS, and so I will have to defer to my ALS-experienced colleagues like Mitch (above), and Amy (who I hope will weigh in.)

    Warmly, Cynthia

    Thanks Mitch,

I am starting CJC Ipa tomorrow qhs.. what do you think of this for my condition?
I am also already getting IV glutathione and vitamin C,  b vitamins and NAD+ IM weekly which has helped. As well as IV ozone weekly.
I ordered the CJC from Wells Pharmacy .  I called to order the TA1 from them but they don’t have this.. where is best to buy this? Also what are your thoughts on the Thymosin Beta for ALS?

    thank you so much..

CJC1295+Ipamorelin may hopefully help neuroregeneration.  Take 0.1 ml SQ QHS 5 days per week (Mon-Fri).

IV vitamin C and IV GSH must be taken separately, not in the same IV fluid.

    TA1 is from Pure Pharmacy.

In my experience, I also strongly recommend the following:

    BPC-157 500 mcg po BID

    ProdromeNeuro 3 gelcaps BID

    ProdromeGlia 3 gelcaps BID

    Constitutional Homeopathic Medical Therapy

Testing and treatment for toxic heavy metals, mycotoxins and chemical-induced immune reactions is essential.

    Best, Mitch

May 9, 2022 JAMA Neurology “Efficacy and Safety of Ultra-high-Dose Methylcobalamin in Early-Stage Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis”

Conclusion: Results of this randomized clinical trial showed that ultrahigh-dose methylcobalamin was efficacious in slowing functional decline in patients with early-stage ALS and with moderate progression rate and was safe to use during a 16 week treatment period.

    Hi Anne,

I am so sorry to hear, but there is hope.

We have had a good number of ALS patients come in (some in wheelchairs) and are now jogging. Their neurologists always say that it must have been a misdiagnosis instead of asking what we did-one received the diagnosis from three different neurologists.  Every one of them had an infection driving the disease (especially Lyme and some with Lyme, babesia, or Bartonella), along with some toxin exposure, such as mold or heavy metals, and the third part is chronic stress. I have to finish a PPT for tomorrow but will post our general protocol as a starting point later this week when I have a minute.

    All the best to you,

    Kent

    Hello Dr.Mitch,

Can you give any insight into which Constitutional Homeopathics?

Also as far as the Iv Vit C and Iv glutathione any input on starting doses and goal titration?

    #31721

Constitutional Homeopathic Medical Therapy requires an intensive, detailed consultation with an experienced Homeopathic physician in which all of your pertinent, physical, emotional and mental symptomology is culled out and analyzed to ascertain your true, Constitutional Homeopathic simillimum (your most similar remedy).  This remedy must then be prescribed in the appropriate potency according to your overall constitutional state.  This is a highly individualized methodology.  It is not a ‘cook book’ approach like much of conventional medicine.

    Hi Anne

In addition to the plasmologen and peptide protocols discussed here I suggest testing serum for lithium deficiency  on a panel geared at finding deficiency ( not toxicity like most). One such panel is Quicksilver Heavy Metals Panel. Treatment for any level less than 70 th centile on the panel would be with trace lithium orotate at a trace (nutritional) dose of 5 – 20 mg.  The latest on the ongoing debate in the literature for lithium and ALS  is the 9/2022 study below and for an excellent overview including ALS by the lithium researcher and psychiatrist James Greenblatt MD: Nutritional Lithium The Cinderella Story: The Untold Tale of a Mineral That Transforms Lives and Heals the Brain.  Trace lithium is a remarkable mood enhancer, nootropic and telomere extender as well and was the feature ingredient of 7-UP ( lithium’s atomic weight is 6.9) until the 50s when it was removed due to the stigma of mental health.

    All the very best,

    Lauren

There is also some research on SS-31; has anyone used that yet?

Amy and I belong to Healing ALS together along with other docs. Join this organization as a patient. I invite you to join us drs who meet every Monday night to put our heads together. Coco Newton will invite you with a link. Our next meeting will be after the Holidays. I have 5 cases of MND. (ALS) patients rather say they are Motor Neuron challenged than I have ALS.
My e mail is saveyourlife56@gmail.com. I’ve seen about 20 reversals at our last conference in Salt Lake. Amy had one so far. Jerry Tenant is on board with great success in getting back mobility. There is so much hope. I will be doing a 2 part presentation for patients about toxins so it may be good for you to hop on Zoom and watch it. My best to you and hope to hear from you. Please don’t do any of the growth hormones. Start with injectable or IV or subQ TA- 1 or Vilon with Vitamin D, injectable TB-500, injectable BPC-157, . You have to know when to use the mitochondrial peptides so I won’t mention them. All this is on last weeks recording as I or Amy were going to talk about the 8 peptides we use. I deferred to Amy. She’s been doing this since 2017. We needed 2 weeks and she did a great job. We drs are  working very hard to reverse it. Much hope as Kent mentioned. Get as much info as possible from Kent. Kent,  I may be getting in touch with you as well. You might want to be involved on Monday nights as well. Just let me know.
    Happy Holidays

    Rita
