    Hello All

I have another case that I am hoping to get some additional insight with respect to treatment options.  I have a 49y/o female with Polymylgia rheumatica.  Before starting my training with peptides, I tried the patient on prednisone and also tried low dose naltrexone.  Neither of these changed her overall ESR or WBC numbers which have remained historically elevated (60s-80s for ESR and 12-13 for WBC).   Once I started understanding more about peptides, I was able to bring her ESR down to 27 and WBC WNL with using only thymosin alpha.  She has been out of this and it is not available to get reliable sources (that I know of) for the several months and her ESR has elevated again to 68 and WBC to 11.7.  I am looking for other thoughts on available peptides that influence the immune system.  Thanks in advance.

    Hi Carrie,

You could give a trial of the following for her PMR:

Hydrocortisone (Cortisol) 25-50 mg po BID (much safer than prednisone, and can be used longer term)

    KPV 500 mcg po BID

KPV lipodermal cream 2 pumps BID to effected areas

    Thymosin Alpha-1  0.25 ml qAM

The three peptides are from Pure Pharnaçy.

ProdromeGTA  3 capsules BID; from http://www.prodrome.com, order code CIRM25.

    Best, Mitch

    Hello Mitch

Thank you so much for the response.  I will have to see if Pure is licensed in WA.  The last that I checked they were not and I can’t get a prescription for my patient.  I like the idea of using a cortisol managing supplement
