I have an 83 year old family member who  six weeks ago had a MCA stroke along with bilateral occipital strokes and is having a difficult time recovering, partly because of severe OA of knees causing pain on any weight bearing.  I am new to peptides but am looking for any help regarding post CVA protocols.

Maraviroc….Look it up. HIV drug that does not treat HIV yet helps HIV drugs work. Helps post CVA develop memory links.

Dr. Seeeds says they probably already have treatments of the stroke – one thing of snigificant help would be PENTOSAN polysulfate 54 – which can help with he arthritis. It is a heparin like small molecule so you a have to watch the other meds this patient is on. Stroke victims we are careful with the dosing. – this would be 1cc once a week for the fist 4-6 weeks and see how they do with osteoarthritis.
It’s an anti-coagulant, effects on stem cell activation, lots of the things to build the program on working on the stroke damage. You can also start working on issues of the brain trying to improve BDNF, introducing selank nasal spray – can be a great way to start introducing an immune peptide that can be beneficial. Thymusin Beta 4, Thymulin from the immune modulation aspect of this – but we go in phases and feedback on the patient. We can’t forget about the other things important – creatine supplements, phospholipid supplementation, plasmologen supplementation, sucking of the methylation pool.

Thank you very much for the feedback.  I do have him on TB4, BPC, phospholipids, plasmalogens,  as well as hormone support.  I will add the creatine and selank.   Is the pentosan given sq or intraarticular?

Pentosan can be subQ or IM. 1.5mg/kg twice weekly.
