Hello, I’ve had a few difficult PHN cases lately, thoracic dermatomes. Has anyone had success with BPC, TA1 or other peptides to help?

I have had great success over the years treating Zoster and PHN with 10mg MethylCoabalamin Injections, Phosphatidulserine, Argentyn 23, and any number of anti-viral herbs. In addition I use Low Dose Immunotherapy for the Zoster.  I have not used peptides for this, but I would likely try TA1 and/or TB4.

I’m sorry I missed this a few days ago!  BPC and TB4 definitely can help. It’s expensive but ara290 (cibinitide) 4mg daily 6 week course works great. Blocking CGRP which is very upregulated here works wonders so nurtec every other day is a godsend for pain for this group. You often have to give them a migraine dx but if you do and send to a contracted specialty pharmacy you can usually get for free.

Also treating PHN – 57 yo male – Dr. Morgan Camp – can you please expand on the mention of ‘low dose immunotherapy’?  Thank you
