Post NAD fatigue

Hello,

I have a 40 yr old female who recently stopped her weekly NAD injections after I shared concerns I learned in Dr Yurths lecture on NAD. She complains of fatigue and was wondering if there is something to combat that or it will go away with time.

Any thoughts?

LeuSynergy or Sytrinol LNA to improve endogenous NAD utilization.

Apigenin to inhibit CD38 which degrades NAD.

MOTS-c to work directly on AMPK which can also increase NAD.

Ketone esters.

5-amino 1MQ works on the NAD salvage pathway as well.
