PT 141 for Erectile Dysfunction

We found that if dosed correctly intranasal PT-141 has been effective for libido. In regards to your question about erectile dysfunction- we based the concentration and dosage on this study where they were using PT-141 nasal spray 7.5 mg with sildenafil 25mg. Problem is that most PT-141 nasal sprays are low concentration and it would take a lot of sprays to get that dose.  Need to use a high concentration PT-141 nasal spray.

Most compounding pharmacies have PT-141 in various forms.

The only evidence I am aware of for libido is in premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Dose is 1.75mg SubQ. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31599840/

In my experience, too many people get nauseous starting at this dose. I believe it was Dr. Wusterhausen that spoke at PWC on using pt-141 in smaller doses 5-7 units (compared to 10-20 units) to start and slowly titrating.

I am surprised at some of the doses in the studies mentioned when it comes to PT-141 Nasal Spray as I have seen a significant amount of nausea as well. We start at 2.5mg and titrate.
