Anyone see any difference clinically in PT-141 in subcutaneous vs. nasal spray? Same dose 2mg? I have a patient who is very interested but not so enthusiastic about giving himself injections.

I agree. I have prescribed it both ways in the same patient without change in efficacy. Similarly with Semax nasally vs SC the latter of which has been more difficult to get lately.
