    Hello Colleagues,

I received this message from a patient who had his first week of BPC-TB500

Hey doc just wanted to give you an update of how I’m feeling after the first week of the BPC&TB 500. After the second dose I started to notice some swelling, pain, and stiffness in my thumbs. After the third dose I felt it in the thumbs and both of my ankles. After my 4th dose, today I woke up throughout the night to the feeling of swelling, pain, and stiffness in my right hand along with tingling (almost as if my hand kept falling asleep). I would imagine it is what arthritis feels like. I have experienced this feeling in my hand before but only after days of intense arm workouts at the gym but I didn’t to any heavy lifting this week. No dose for the weekend so I’ll let you know how I feel after starting back up on Monday. Have a good weekend.

I asked him to hold off until symptoms resolve and then rechallenge. Is it reasonable to believe that it’s TB 500 responsible for this and not BPC. I feel I should avoid combos until I know the person responds to each.

    Please advice.

I had a rccent patient reaction with GLOW ( BPC/TB500/GHK) which promptly resolved with 50% reduction in dosage.

Interesting feedback. Thank you. We do not use combos in our practice and we source only from FDA approved compounding pharmacies.

I would still love feedback on pathways. That is what I value most about this community and why I certify with you all, to have a deeper more “certain” understanding of MOA’s.

    Thank you both.

This was my first time using BPC with TB 500, as I have heard about the many benefits of their synergy. For now, I plan to start with single peptides, at least for the initial exposure, and then stack them if the patient has tolerated them before without issues. Thank you for this helpful feedback.
