Removal of Liver Hemangioma

I have a new peptide patient who came for evaluation(she is a pharmacist). She had a very large

hemangioma and it was then removed taking the full lobe of the liver.  She has some other

small hemangiomas. Just wanted thoughts on what peptides would be safe in her case.

She is Perimenopausal, some weight gain 10-20 lbs, and a history of PCOS,  other symptoms of poor sleep/fatigue

My suggestion was a GLP -1 and optimizine sleep with DSIP.

Any other thoughts?
