Does anyone have any suggestions for long term treatment of reoccurring aphthous ulcers ?  40yr old female , healthy , non smoker. Has used topical compounded Amelodex, B12 injections , vitamin C  and oral rinses of hydrogen peroxide. Her immune system seems to be intact, but she does have a very stressful job burning a company. Any suggestion would be appreciated

The most effective therapeutic approach to chronic, recurrent oral aphthae is constitutional homeopathy; go to http://www.gnhshealing.com

Guttides 1 capsule BID for 6-8 weeks may also help, as well as Aloe vera gel applied to lesions prn.

Check nutritional factors, consider lysine, amlexanox, BPC-157.
