Selank/Semax dosing for seasonal affective disorder

I have a patient with some type of SAD syndrome.  This is on top of Sheehan’s syndrome from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy years ago.

She’s done fairly well with ovarian hormone support, hGH and others over the years.  But what’s gotten worse over time is her winter blues.  They can be almost disabling.  A two-week sun-filled trip to FL helps, but still not herself until Spring.

I’ve thought that nasal Selank/Semax might be just the thing, but I don’t have much experience with these peptides.  Would you use 5/7 days?  Use 750 mcg of both on those days?

I alternate days between semax and selank intranasally 6 days a week. 3 days each day for each nasal spray.

I have had good results for cognitive performance in post stroke patient.

Siobhan- Nice meeting you in Westake! Do you do the same nasal spray protocol for teens with ADHD?  I have 14 yr old who doesn’t like the Concerta (affects appetite then she is hungry all night) and I am looking for affective alternates or supplements to a lower dosing. She has tried the Theanine with not impressive results. Any advice on other peptides?

I was wondering if anyone has experience with the use of peptides on teens with ADHD. I have a 12 year old that does not want to take concerts anymore and he is struggling at school. Any input is greatly appreciated
