Is the FDA stopping compounding pharmacies from making Semaglutide when the commercial shortage is over? Would Leonard be able to address this for us?

    Thanks!!

Hello Elizabeth. It won’t be an FDA thing. If there are any issues, it would be Norvo Nordisk giving compounding pharmacies a hard time. There shouldn’t be any issue compounding semaglutide, especially when certain doses and combinations are not commercially available, even if it is not on the shortage list.  But only time will tell. We will see.

    Thank you @leonard-pastranagmail-com.

A certain pharmacy recently announced they had to discontinue it after the shortage is over. Big Pharma at work most certainly. Good to hear you do not feel this is an immediate concern! Yes time will tell. Do you or have plans to make the Tirzepatide?

Thanks again for all your help!

What  pharmacies ship semaglutide  to California? We only have two sources and it’s making me nervous.
