After finishing all my stuff from the peptide fellowship, I’m curious how others in the group approach the senescent cells. I have a CIRS patient who is mostly better but still dealing with flares. We just got his GENIE test results back and section one for scenescent cells is off the chart with a secretory phenotype. What do others do? of note he has been on VIP for 6 months prior to the GENIE testing, so VIP has not reset this yet.

I have started with TA-1, BPC, Ketones, Fisetin and Quercetin. I plan on cycling to other peptides in 6-8 weeks. Since TB-4 is more anabolic I was thinking of holding this one until I start CJC/ipa. Would cycling tessamorelin in the case prior be best?

Then in 6-8 weeks I plan on cycling DiHexa and NAD+ or do others go to Selank/Semax 1st?

Working on sourcing Cerebrolysin to put into the mix.

Just wondering how others out there cycle this.

    Thanks

    Aaron
