Severe Headache with PPS ?

Hello,

 

I have a 45 y/o I started on normal dosing of PPS at 1 cc 2x/week for MSK/Cartlidge injury. Initially, he was ok but now experiences severe headaches.

 

He is holding for now..should I reduce the dosage? Ideas? Dr. Yourth?

I use 75mg (30 unit) twice weekly in a concentration of 250mg/mL.

Are you dosing 250mg twice weekly?

I’m dosing 125mg/ml — 1 ml twice weekly ..which he tolerated fine after surgery.   I can ask him to reduce it by 50 percent but would really like to understand the etiology.

It’s curious…
