if an athlete is injecting TB500 for repair will they possibly have any urine results or blood testing results that would be elevated (i.e., igf-1, etc)?

TB-500 won’t increase IGF-1 levels.  It will not increase growth hormone levels, which is how IGF-1 increases.  It works by multiple other mechanisms to promote rapid healing.

That being said, peptides in general are prohibited by professional sports organizatons and are considered performance enhancing drugs.  Even ones that don’t directly improve performance but improve healing.
