TB4 post Pancreatic IPMN

I have a 53 yr old female who recently recovered from a Whipple to remove a very large benign IPMN. She had been on low dose CJC/IPA (5 units q am) which she stopped after dx. She now has a shoulder injury with 2 small tears in her shoulder. How do you feel about adding TB4 and BPC in her case post IPMN?
