    1. Dr. Seeds mentioned that Tesamorelin needs about 20 minutes after with no food to prevent disturbances in the GH pulse. If taking in the morning, will things like taking supplements or drinking coffee disturb the pulse or are they ok to have inside the 20 min window. I’m curious if he’s referring to full meals or any ingestion at all.
    2. Can eating occur prior to taking Tesamorelin?
    3. He talks a bit about the combination of Tesa / Ipamorelin. He doesn’t mention the dosage recommended for Ipa when being combined. Do you have a recommendation?

Technically pure protein is ok. Fat or carbohydrates will disturb the GH response. I just tell patients no food at all because they may think a protein powder is ok that happens to have a bunch of other junk in it as well.  Black coffee is fine in the morning.

You can eat prior to Tesa but it must be at least 1.5 hours before taking the Tesa. You have to wait at least 20 minutes after taking the Tesa to eat.

Most pharmacies will recommend 10 units or 200mcg of the ipamorelin portion. Personally, I use the saturation dose of 100mcg of the Ipamorelin.  Tesa 1mg qhs with 100mcg ipamorelin.
