Thymosin alpha 1 in Kidney transplant patient

Good Day team,

I have a patient with Long COVID who is also on antirejection meds – mycophenolate and Tacrolimus – for Renal transplant from over a decade ago.  Symptoms of LONG COVID are severe with fatigue and weight loss as well as significant brain fog.  Was thinking of starting him on phase one with immune support using TA-1 and BPC-157 and also LDN.  Any concerns with this approach for his LONG COVID?
