    Hey friends,

I have a 43 year old female with macular generation since her early 30s.  She is receiving intraocular Avastin injections every couple of months but vision is worsening over time. Any experience with peptides or other therapies?

N acetyl carnosine eye drops are an easy definite add! Thymosin beta 4 eye drops are a great option.  PRP and exosome eye drops have some amazing research. Have to package the prp into small syringes that they keep frozen and put drops in daily. The exosomes can be done once in office.

Hi Betsy! Will the prp/exosomes  work for wet macular as well as dry? Thanks! Jamie

I’ve found the following regimen to be effective in my patients with both dry and wet macular degeneration:

    BPC-157 + TB4 ophthalmic 2-3 drops BID

Astaxanthol 3 capsules TID and Brilliant Vision 3 capsules TID; from PGL, (800) 527-9512, order code #7876.

ProdromeNeuro 3 capsules BID; from https://prodrome.com/practitioner-registration/?ref=130

    Visual Ocuity 4 drops in eye(s) BID/TID
