Hi all below is the Dr. Seeds Amino Drink Recipe I got a couple of years ago plus the one I actually drink daily. You can add the Trehelose to it as well. I get Trehelose as well as the amino acids from Bulksupplements.com as well. I don’t add Trehelose because I use it in my coffee in the morning.
Dr. Seeds Amino Acid Drink
Step 1: 1.5 Liters or over sized water bottle or other large container with purified water
Step 2: Add one scoop of each amino acid to create synergetic effect:
- L-Glycine-3 grams
- L-Glutamine-5 grams (slowly increase over a few weeks to 15-20 grams)
- L-Alanine-4 grams
- Creatinine-5 grams (made up of methionine, arginine, and glycine)
Step 3: Add a shot of (1/4 cup) of coconut water which is a sweet tasting electrolyte without adding sugar.
Step 4: add a squeeze of lemon for taste
*Step 5: add Trehelose- 1-2 tablespoons
- Amino Acid Drink: helps with diarrhea. Due to the glutamine
- Amino drink is osmolyte and prevents cell shrinkage
- Recipe goes in 1.5-2.0L
- Can add trehalose
- Sip throughout the day
- Inhibits Covid Replication
This is my amino drink recipe I follow and I modified it by adding in ALCAR for energy. Below is also notes I had straight from Dr. Seeds.
Dr Xan’s Amino Drink
Glutamine- 10-15gms (Start with 5gms and titrate up over 2 weeks)
L-Alanine- 4gms (1.4tsp)= 1gm=1/3tsp
L-Leucine- 5 gms (2tsp)
Glycine- 3 gms (1tsp)
Creatine-5gms (2tsp)(made up of methionine, arginine, and glycine)
ALCAR-(Acetyl-L-Carnitine)-1.8gms (1/2tsp)
Coconut Water- shot glass 1/4c
Lime or Lemon- squeeze for taste
Water 1.5L
Notes from Dr. Seeds
Amino drink, which is a combination of glutamine, L-alanine, leucine, and glycine, and also creatine that are all mixed together in water. Usually 1.5 liters of water. I also have coconut water, a shot glass of coconut water that’s added to the solution that adds electrolytes. And then some kind of something like a lime or lemon concentrate that’s organic that can just offset the taste.
And in particular, I use five grams of creatine, five grams of L-leucine, three grams of glycine and five grams of L-alanine. And I start off with five grams of glutamine, and you can titrate that up over a couple of weeks, up to 10 to 15 grams of glutamine, just so you don’t get any GI distress, but that’s mixed into a 1.5-liter drink. And that drink can act as something that can improve osmolality of a cell and just improve the integrity.
It is a perfect amino acid drink that you can make very easily, and it’s very cheap. it’s a resistant state for viral replication. It can decrease viral replication because it’s operating in a more efficient state.
In health,
Xan
