    Hello,

I have a 60 year old female patient with severe U.C. with extensive necrotic-like skin lesions. I first IV loaded her with TA1 and she is currently getting TA1 injections at home. I also started her with BPC157 injections. Her G.I. symptoms have improved by 60 percent. But the skin lesions have not improved. I recently started her on TB4 as a gel; but that does not seem to help. A few days ago I started to inject around the sites with TB4. The lesions are starting to heal. Due to the severe pain around the nerve area I started to inject the area with Cerebrolysin. Was that a good thing ? or can I do something else for her severe skin lesions pain.  Thank you.

Topical BPC-157+GHK-Cu cream applied to the skin lesions may be of benefit.

    Hello-

a quick reminder that a handful of vitamins (esp fat soluble ones, and Vit C) are required for tissue integrity and healing. Someone with a history of chronic GI inflammation is unlikely to have had good absorption of these vitamins for some time. If her skin lesions are having a hard time healing, one useful intervention can be making sure she gets replete with things like Vit A, Vit. D, Vit E, Vit K and Vit C.

Thank you, Cynthia. I have been giving her IV vitamin C, and Vitamin D. It slipped my mind on Vitamin K, E, and A and will add that to her regimen.

Thank you for all of the input. These are now the skin lesions of my patient. The first picture was the initial picture and it was the day when I injected TB4 around the lesions. The last picture was taken 3 days after the injections. Again, Thank you to SSRP.

I have had great success  adding Oral KPV and topical KPV/BPC to patients with IBS/IBD and Eczema/Skin lesions.

Agree with Morgan. The first thought would be KPV then BPC-157. GHK also a good idea, as are thymosin immune modulators. If has high hTGFB, would use Thymogen and Vilon (Immune peptide A2), as they specifically suppress  Would also try ozone cream/gel (I usually use olive oil from PurO3).

    Best,

    Kent
