    Dr. S mentioned a VO2 max test that is small and portable that could be done in the office or at home.  Any updates or information on this?

    I believe he was referring to the Pnoe. I got one and have been loving it. Definitely takes some time to get the hang of. It has been time consuming. Just getting started implementing it with more than just family and friends.
