    16 yo male who was infected in June of 2020 with West Nile Virus. He now has a daily headache which has not responded to multiple standard medications. He also has developed an autonomic disfunction resulting in some postural hypotension. I did give him a course of Thymosin alpha and beta without any improvement . Any help on how to make this young man better.
