We know BPC-157 can help with arthritic pain & TB-500 can be used to heal the body from Arthritis, but is there any other peptide we can add to this regimen to tackle out arthritic pain? Or any other peptide that might work better? Or another combination that may work better?
We have this patient on a restrictive low inflammatory diet and working along with her 3×4 genetic test.

For arthritis I have added Pentosan Polysulfate to the regimen. Pure Pharmacy has PPS 125mg/mg and I inject 1cc twice IM twice a week. I know some do subcutaneous injections but I personally like this one as an IM injection due to the bruising I got with SQ. It personally has been instrumental in managing my arthritis in the right hip. This is a favorite with my staff and they tell patients about it all the time so I prescribe it often as I see the geriatric patient population.  I thank Dr. Yurth for my success using this peptide both personally and professionally.

Thanks so much for your response Xan. I think I’ll give your IM protocol a try.  I’ve done SQ but locally at joints and in abdomen, but not noticing  much after about a month….
