    @michaelmedicalhealthinstitute-com

    yes the conversion is correct. We have to use 2 1/2 times the volume and had to switch to the 1 ml insulin instead of the .5 ml (also keep the conversion chart with us at all times). Its a few patients that have been on for over 10 months so it could be the plateau/ resistance effect. Thanks for letting me know your experience!

    @drmitchmdmindspring-com if a patient is allergic to shellfish do you know if Krill oil is contraindicated?

    Thank you!

    I have had one patient with a severe reaction to CJC/IPA. The first time we were not sure what it was so I switched to another pharmacy (both SSRP) and it was worse. Terrible body pain, nausea, vomiting etc. She does fine on all the others.

    @alan-curtisastrahw-net

    This is my protocol for a severe ankle dislocation. Might be overkill for your patient but you can lower the doses if needed

    You can inject BPC in the thigh if you can’t reach site but get as close as possible to ankle. For acute injury 25 units TID or the oral is 500 mg TID (I believe-I only use sq). I do that for 6 weeks then dropped to 25 units BID for another 6 weeks.

    I would also use TB4 50 units BID. If you can add TA1 50 units BID if you have it and CJC/IPA TID or just the IPA.  I also used GHK-Cu 20 units qd.

    Thank you @leonard-pastranagmail-com.

    A certain pharmacy recently announced they had to discontinue it after the shortage is over. Big Pharma at work most certainly. Good to hear you do not feel this is an immediate concern! Yes time will tell. Do you or have plans to make the Tirzepatide?

    Thanks again for all your help!

    I started my TA1 patient on Thymulin several weeks ago and now she presents with a sed swollen rash on her left cheek and then a non puritic rash on her back. I told her to stop for now. Has anybody heard of this causing rashes or skin issues??

    Thank you!

    Siobhan- Nice meeting you in Westake! Do you do the same nasal spray protocol for teens with ADHD?  I have 14 yr old who doesn’t like the Concerta (affects appetite then she is hungry all night) and I am looking for affective alternates or supplements to a lower dosing. She has tried the Theanine with not impressive results. Any advice on other peptides?

    Many thanks

    Is any other pharmacy compounding Semaglutide that you know of? As anyone had issues with the TM version?
    Thank you!

    Eric- I have always been taught the oral estrogen is to be avoided due to conversion to estrone and first pass effects. Do you share these concerns?

    Thanks!
