    Found: TB500 and BPC-157 are synthetic peptides widely studied for their tissue repair and anti-inflammatory properties. Bell’s palsy, on the other hand, is a sudden paralysis of the facial nerve, most commonly caused by viral infections or immune-mediated inflammation. There is no scientific evidence or known biological mechanism by which TB500 or BPC-157 could cause Bell’s palsy. Both peptides have not been shown to induce nerve inflammation, viral reactivation, or neurotoxicity-the key factors implicated in Bell’s palsy. In fact, BPC-157 has demonstrated neuroprotective effects in animal studies, supporting nerve healing rather than damaging it. Reported side effects of these peptides are rare and mild, such as headaches or local irritation, and there are no documented cases linking their use to facial nerve paralysis. Therefore, based on current evidence and their mechanisms of action, TB500 and BPC-157 could not cause Bell’s palsy.
