I’m not sure if rules for HSA are different than for MSA but I ‘ve had no problem using an MSA. The managing company most of the time doesn’t even request verification as it’s a pharmacy. Sometimes they have asked for an itemized receipt that shows it’s for a prescription medicine from a pharmacy.
I have been a Type 1 diabetic for 55 years currently on an insulin pump. I began using Semaglutide 6 weeks ago without any issues related to the diabetes control. I have found I eat less and therefore use less insulin. I am still at 0.25mg weekly. The side effects although improving and still enough to prevent increasing the dose.
Farmakeio no longer carries it either. I get frequent emails from Newtropin saying they have both but I am not familiar with this company.
What is the dosing g for Ivermectin? It seems 0.2mg/kg repeated in 72 hours then weekly is most often used.
