(+) anti-myelin associated glycoproteins

Hi All – looking for some insight. I have a family friend recently diagnosed with (+) anti-myelin associated glycoproteins, concerning for immune-mediated demyelinating neuropathy. He has not had any weakness, primarily neuropathy in his distal upper extremities. He lives in Alberta and is looking for a functional med provider if anyone has any recommendations. But I also was wondering about anyone’s experience with this condition? I presume plasmalogens would be beneficial. I have him working on all of the diet/lifestyle changes. Thinking about getting him on TA1, he has insulins resistance and would likely benefit from a GLP1 (has been on this in the past). Appreciate any other insight or recs!
