7y.o nephrotic syndrome

7 year old with post strep/covid 19 nephrotic syndrome diagnosed 2022. She had both infections simultaneously. She is currently on tacrolimus and steroid resistant. She does have edema with flares. Has other symptoms of GI bloating, eczema. She is having to use high dose steroids often (up to 50mg). Does have proteinuria. Normal GFR and Cystatin C

Initial Plan: 5-10 units TA1 or Thymulin, larazotide 10mg/kg BID

*keeping initial plan is simple for the family.
Anyone have thoughts of using TA1 with tacrolimus? Or any other thoughts?
