I stepped into a really late late stage AD case knowing the futility and yet… despite a really really not optimal core work up none of that possibly really…

And I just re listened to the ALZHEIMER SSRP summit just wow and many reminders for this man..

but I really want DIHEXA – my compounder is out and I’m asking for a known source.

I’ve gotten BPC and selank – advising TUDCA and trehalose :: must go slow – the wife is a sweet hippy sort who is exhausted and hesitant…

and any cerebrolysin possibilities at all?

Couple options for treatment

1. Tailor Made offers an anti-age IV that ha Methylene Blue & NAD+
2. Shields has a nasal glutathione/GHK/Dihexa combo (I would stack with others)
3. NeuBio can source P21 as far as I know which is a Cerebrolysin derivitive
4. Multiple places have Rg3 which can be combined with seam or BPC157

We’ve had multiple complaints about TMC and they were also federally indicted bc of sanitation…among other things. They may have “cleaned” up their process though (pun intended)

@Chris -thank you!! Some great suggestions- sadly like Mike says… some resources are challenging… this is a sad story and my participation is late too late : made me put together how similar brain and kidney actually are:: kidney is the next frontier
