Epithalon bio equivalent dosing IM vs. SL vs. intranasal

Hi all,

I’m new to the SSRP group and absolutely love being a part of such a wise and distinguished medical pioneers!

Quick ? About Epithalon dosing.  The Ukraine Academy Medical Science study used 10 mg IM x 10 days Q 6-12 months.  However CRE 8 pharmacy does not offer the IM form but does offer other forms: SL troche 3 mg & nasal spray 300 mcg/spray.   Can someone help me figure out what the equivalent dosing is to the 10 mg IM dosing?

Can anyone comment on Epithalon IV to be used for sleep or longevity in those that are averse to nightly SQ injections or have a hard time with compliance/consistency on SQ adminstration
