infertility and epitalon

I have a 41 yo F with hx of infertility, she completed a 10 day course of epitalon. has also been on 1MNA and apigenin for NAD support. other than that, just supplement support with methylated Bs, omega 3s, progesterone cream, ALA. I just got her labs back and her FSH went from normal last year to 80 currently. I am quite stumped. Any thoughts on this or other peptides to consider to help turn this back around?

You might also want to consider LDN.  There is some interesting literature in the fertility space regarding the use of LDN particularly among the older fertility patients to help restore ovarian function.  Look at some data coming out of Ireland.
