BUILT BY OUR COMMUNITY

Join the fastest-growing community of evidence-based providers at the most impactful Peptide World Congress yet.

In just four years, Peptide World Congress has grown nearly five times in size — making it the largest gathering of providers dedicated to clinical peptide therapy. That growth is a testament to this incredible community, and we don’t take it lightly. After last year’s congress, you told us what you wanted more of: deeper clinical peptide content, front and center, in every session. We heard you.

Peptide World Congress 2026 is built around a single promise: every session will focus squarely on the most effective peptides being used today, the latest research driving the field forward, and how leading providers are using them to create transformative patient outcomes. We’re also making a change of scenery, trading Las Vegas for the historic Arizona Biltmore Hotel. Along with the new setting comes a more intentional program: all-day thematic sessions in aesthetic applications, interventional genetics, and IV therapy, each curated to be directly relevant to your practice.

Experience it for yourself in-person June 19-20 or digitally at our Virtual Summit July 10-11. We look forward to gathering with you for our most impactful event yet.

Navigating the regulatory landscape is essential for long-term success. This lecture breaks down key compliance frameworks including USP <797>, scope-of-practice considerations, pharmacy relationships (503A vs 503B), and documentation protocols—equipping clinics to scale safely and defensibly.
9:15 AM - 10:00 AM
Genomic Seminar AB Room - Mesa/Flagstaff ApoE and Beyond
While ApoE4 is the most well known threat to cognitive decline, there are other contributing factors including TNFa, BDNF, mitochondrial factors, inflammatory pathways, coagulation factors and detox pathways that can double or even triple an individual’s risk of cognitive decline. In order to prevent neurodegeneration clinicians need to be able to identify these factors and address them using modalities ranging from diet, lifestyle, and supplements to biomodulators and peptides.

Genomic Seminar AB Room - Mesa/Flagstaff Beyond Pharmacogenomics
Looking at Underlying Contributing Factors to Depression and Anxiety. Pharmacogenomics is an inadequate tool for optimizing mental health as it presumes the root causes of an individual’s mood symptoms relate to serotonin and norepinephrine recycling or binding. In this talk other highly important factors contributing to depression and anxiety will be discussed including the role cortisol, HPA axis, neurotransmitter co-factors, GABA and Glutamate pathways, BDNF and other pathways that regulate the production of neurotransmitters. Once you understand the mechanisms of a patient’s depression and anxiety you can address them with specificity. The mechanisms of the peptides Selank and Semax will be discussed in the context of genomics.

GLP1s and beyond from a genomic standpoint: What do we do when GLP1s do not fix it! 15% of individuals don’t respond to GLP1s and not everyone wants to be on a GLP1 so how do you address diabetes and obesity with specificity? By understanding root cause genomics variants such as TCF7L2, GLP1R, FTO, and PPARGC1 you can offer patients more information about their likelihood of response to GLP1s as well as how to address these health issues with other options.
