About

Medivive

Medivive was built around a simple idea: NAD+ therapy should be accessible, consistent, and easy to prescribe. Our prefilled NAD+ injector pen is the first of its kind in the United States, delivering 1,000 mg of pharmaceutical-grade, preservative-free NAD+ in a format that patients can self-administer at home.

NAD+ is a central metabolic cofactor involved in over 500 enzymatic reactions, including DNA repair via PARPs and metabolic regulation through sirtuins. Tissue levels decline significantly with age, and restoring them has shown meaningful effects on energy, cognitive clarity, and cellular resilience. Subcutaneous delivery provides near-complete bioavailability and a sustained-release profile, avoiding the rapid spike and drop associated with IV administration.

Our pen is manufactured by VeV Scientific, an FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facility in San Diego operating under cGMP standards in an ISO-certified cleanroom. Dispensing is handled by Chemistry Rx, a PCAB-accredited, LegitScript-certified 503A pharmacy. Every pen ships cold-chain via FedEx directly to the patient, so practices carry zero inventory and take on no logistics burden.

For providers, prescribing takes under two minutes through our online portal. All supplies are included, patient onboarding is handled by our team, and auto-refill keeps patients on protocol without extra work for your staff. The pen creates meaningful recurring revenue while offering patients a more convenient and affordable alternative to IV NAD+ sessions.

We built Medivive for clinicians who take cellular medicine seriously and want a reliable, compliant way to integrate NAD+ into their practice. No vials, no syringes, no guesswork. Just a better way to deliver NAD+.

What People Say

Testimonials

Now, we can feel more confident in measuring and following the evidence on this with a safe product…this really opens the door to some powerful things you can start doing as you work to help that patient. I mean, it’s things that I have not been able to do for a very long time.

Aging-Associated Decline of Phosphatidylcholine Synthesis is a Malleable Trigger of Natural Mitochondrial Aging

Dr. Seeds explores how age-related decline in phosphatidylcholine synthesis may contribute to mitochondrial aging and why that matters in Cellular Medicine. This discussion connects membrane integrity, mitochondrial function, methylation, and metabolic resilience, while highlighting how this pathway may be more modifiable than we once thought.

GLP-1 and the Gut–Musculoskeletal Axis: A Clinical Summary
The Overlooked Connection: Dysbiosis and Degenerative Disease Degenerative musculoskeletal diseases, including osteoarthritis (OA), osteoporosis (OP), sarcopenia (SP), and intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD), affect well over a billion people globally and share three core pathological features: chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, and dysregulated cell death. What is increasingly clear, and clinically underappreciated, is that gut microbiota (GM) […]

Dr. Seeds’ Office Hours – Episode 090

In this bonus episode from the MM15 Virtual Summit, Dr. Seeds addresses an important question around the use of GLP-1s for metabolic balancing in patients who do not need to lose weight. He shares his perspective on what may be considered microdosing, along with the clinical thought process he uses when determining appropriate dosing in these more nuanced cases.
