Peptide Therapy Foundations: What's Included?

Module 1: Introduction to Cellular Medicine Start with the SSRP’s approach to medicine, and how cellular medicine combines the biology of functional medicine, the efficacy of integrative medicine, and the personalization of precision medicine into the most effective care with improved patient outcomes. Module 2: CJC 1295 | Anti-Aging & Body Optimization CJC 1295 acts on the anterior pituitary gland releasing growth hormone and has other cellular pleiotropic effects. It is made up of 30 amino acids that increases muscle growth, bone density, cognitive function, memory, collagen production, increased cellular repair and regeneration. Module 3: Tesamorelin | GH Modulation Tesamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that has been shown to increase growth hormone and IGF-1 levels. Any year’s individual recordings of Certification are from two full days of lectures, totaling 16+ hours. By registering, you get retroactive access to any previous version of the training (2022 and 2024; 32+ hours of Certification lectures). Plus, you are given complimentary access to Foundations, another 8 hours, for a grand total of 40 hours of additional recorded resources you can view on-demand. Q: How long does it typically take to complete the Certification course? Completion times vary. That is why access is lifetime with no expiration date. We realize you may have a business and clients, and those should always come first. We are here to support you on your schedule. Q: How long do I have access to the course materials? And no, if you’re already bought-in to our Certification program, you never have to pay full price again. Email our team, info@ssrpinstitute.org, and we’ll help you with registration and any questions you have. Q: How do I earn my Certificate? Is it required? You are not required to receive a Certificate, if you simply wish to have the materials for review. If you do wish to receive a Certificate, this is based on competency, not live/digital attendance. We require you to pass an exam. Q: How does the Certification exam work? You get three (3) attempts at scoring a 90% or higher on the Certification exam’s fifty (50) questions. It is not proctored, it is open-note, and you have no time limit. Q: Is there a deadline that I would have to take the exam by? At the SSRP Institute we understand that not everyone is on the same schedule, that is why this course is designed for you to start and stop at your leisure. Please note that any current year’s exam will officially be retired once a new version has been produced. For example, once we host Certification 2026, the 2025 exam will no longer be available. As always, we will be sure to update our Community when exact cutoff dates are. Q: How long is my Certificate valid for? Your Certificate is valid for a maximum of 2 years. This field moves very fast. In 2 years time, our Faculty see hundreds more patients, new regulations are passed, and new science is published. It is our responsibility to keep this material on the cutting edge. If you choose to reCertify every 2 years, we provide you these updated materials, complimentary. Q: How does reCertification work for future updates of course materials? Purchasing SSRP Peptide Therapy Certification is a one-time buy-in to our program. This initial investment bundles the exam the first time, you do not have to pay extra for it. Every 2 years, when we update the materials, we also release an updated exam. If you choose to reCertify, the only thing you have to register for is the new exam (a nominal fee). We will then provide you the entire set of updated recordings and slides, complimentary. Q: What if I do not pass the exam? You still retain lifetime access to your training materials, and if you wish to re-test in the future, you will have that option via our reCertification path! As we’ve said, purchasing SSRP Peptide Therapy Certification is a one-time buy-in to our program. When we update the materials, we also release an updated exam. When this update is published the following year, to try again, the only thing you have to register for is the new exam (a nominal fee). We will then provide you the entire set of updated recordings and slides, complimentary. Q: Why am I required to work with compounding pharmacies? One reason: patient safety. We are very adamant that anyone sourcing peptides NOT do so online over-the-counter (OTC), or without the guidance of a provider writing prescriptions. If anyone SSRP Peptide Therapy Certified is found to be using unregulated sources with their patients, we reserve the right to restrict your current and future training with us, at your expense. Q: I don't have prescriptive authority. Can I still get Certified? Yes! We have two different classes of Certificate. The only difference is the authority to write prescriptions. Your acknowledgements will be slightly different, but with the same goal: pledging appropriate peptide sourcing. Q: What features do I get with my free trial of SSRP Membership bundled with my registration? Your 4 month trial of SSRP Membership includes visibility features such as Discussion Board access, Video Vault access, full blog access, and the ability to register for Grand Rounds events.
